Diana Chavez
Diana Chavez is an anthropologist with a passion for understanding how others create a sense of belonging. She has dedicated the past fifteen years immersing herself in different languages, cultures, and service-learning work with specific field interests in youth development, gender, sexual reproductive health, social and climate justice, and global civic engagement. She is also a teacher trainer/mentor and the Director of VIA Netherlands, the Dutch branch of Service Civil International. She is Mexican American currently residing in the Netherlands.
