As the visionary founder and CEO of Money4YOU, she spearheads an organization dedicated to delivering comprehensive financial education, entrepreneurship training, and capacity building initiatives on a global scale.

AmickyCarol is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a distinguished member of the Assoc. of Fundraising Professionals USA, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising where she served in roles, including Chair of Black Fundraisers UK, Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees and DEI Committee Chair.

In recognition of her contributions to Financial Education during Covid-19, AmickyCarol was honoured with an MBE in the New Year Honours List 2021.

Dr. Sunil Shroff

Dr Sunil Shroff is a pioneering Indian urologist, transplant surgeon and digital-health entrepreneur. After training in India he spent 12 years in the UK, rising to Senior Registrar at London’s Institute of Urology & Nephrology, before returning in 1995 to found the Urology & Transplantation Department at Sri Ramachandra Medical College, Chennai. There he started India’s first MCh in Urology and the world’s first BSc in Urology Technology, training 100+ specialists. Shroff, now President of the 1,500-member Indian Society of Organ Transplantation, has authored 800+ papers, five books and delivered 900 talks. He co-founded Medindia.net—today a top-20 global health site with 5 million monthly views—and created the NGO MOHAN Foundation, leading organ-donor awareness across India in partnership with the NHS. MOHAN won BMJ South Asia’s “Best NGO” award, and Shroff appeared as a 2020 “Karmveer” on Sony TV’s Kaun Banega Crorepati.

Juanita Folmsbee

Juanita Folmsbee started with Education for All in 2018 and is currently serving as the Treasurer for the Board of Trustees. EFA was established to help provide the opportunity of a secondary education for girls from the High Atlas mountain region. They build and run high-quality boarding houses for girls from 12–18.

Before settling in Marrakech in 2018, Juanita worked internationally for more than 30 years in development project management. She has worked both on US Government side for CDC and on the NGO side for organizations such as PATH and Management Sciences for Health (MSH). During her time at MSH she served as the Project Director for the SCMS project in Vietnam and the SIAPS Project Director in Ukraine. She was also a Global Program Manager on the SCMS project responsible for Ethiopia, Kenya, Zambia, Rwanda, Burundi and Namibia. During her time with CDC she was the Deputy Program Manager for CDC in Haiti during the star of the US government’s PEPFAR Program.

Martha Schumacher

Martha Schumacher is a passionate active listener and dedicated social impact sector ambassador, educator, coach, mentor, author, and champion. As the president and founder of Hazen and the Hazen Institute for Leadership Training, she strives to strengthen mission-driven organizations whose visions she believes in. Her favorite part of that work is having the privilege to coach and support rising leaders with aligned values, principles and beliefs. 


Martha has worked with and within social impact organizations for 35 years. In her most recent in-house adventure, she led the Defenders of Wildlife fundraising team for nine years as Vice President for Development. Her current and recent clients include Conservation International, Emory University, Montgomery Housing Partnership, Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, Jane Goodall Institute, Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, and National Geographic Society.

Ramy Zoghbi

Ramy is an 18-year-old Algerian undergraduate and a US State Department exchange alumni through the Youth Leadership Program in Nevada. A top student and former high school rep, he was honoured by his provincial president for academic excellence. He founded ReoEnglishClub, hosting daily virtual English sessions that promote DEI. Currently, he leads the Google Developer Group at SBA, enriching student experiences at the Higher School of Computer Science. Ramy won AIESEC’s national DSWE24 competition for a project on Sustainable Cities (SDG11) and volunteers weekly as a paramedic with the Algerian Red Crescent. He also creates educational content on TikTok and Instagram, with over 7,500 followers combined. Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, Ramy is excited to join and available with one day’s notice.
